Erase all the pain 'til it's gone
[ The day is a bit quiet, though perhaps not in a way one would consider "peaceful", given the curse that has spread. For Shang Qinghua, things haven't been going too poorly. Sure, it was a bit awkward getting tangled in his sheets in the morning, and putting on his clothes was surprisingly difficult, and even walking is still taking a bit of getting used to... but all of those are things he can deal with.
Life without the sensation of touch has been surprisingly alright so far... until at some point he realizes that his hand has been resting against the side of a hot teapot, and he has no idea for how long. When he pulls it away, it's easy to see that the skin is now red, a much brighter red than it's supposed to be. A concerningly bright red.
Shang Qinghua gives a loud shriek, quickly stands up from the table he's sitting at, and dashes out of the room. He immediately runs over to the first person he spots and holds up his hand for them to look at. ]
Does this look bad?! This looks bad but I'm not sure how bad it is! Do you know anything about burns? How bad is this?!
[ At worst it looks like it's only a first-degree burn, though indeed a rather major one.
Potentially more concerning is the bleeding wound on one of Shang Qinghua's legs, obtained by bumping against something in his panic over his hand... ]
